THE ALPINE TABLE will be offering a special half-buffet for a limited time during the Christmas season.
This special dinner, available only during this period, features a buffet incorporating ingredients from Shinshu (Nagano Prefecture), charcoal-grilled main dishes, and a menu specially created for Christmas.

A gorgeous buffet featuring an abundance of ingredients from Shinshu, plus your choice of one main dish.
¥9,000 per person (tax and service charge not included) / ¥7,000 per child (6-12 years old) (tax and service charge not included)

Please choose one main dish from the following options. (Children: Main dish 75g)
1. Charcoal-grilled Norwegian salmon with browned butter sauce
2. Charcoal-grilled Shinshu Fukumi Chicken with Truffle Porcini Cream Sauce
3. Charcoal-grilled Japanese Black Wagyu beef rump steak with Marsala sauce (+2,000 yen)
4. Charcoal-grilled Japanese Black Wagyu beef fillet, Rossini style (+5,800 yen)
5. Vegan Bolognese with Truffle Rigatoni
6. Charcoal-grilled lobster (+18,000 yen - half-cut 1.5kg lobster)

*A children's plate is also available for preschool children for 3,200 yen (tax included, service charge not included).

Enjoy a special evening with your loved one in Hakuba, surrounded by pristine white snow, with a Christmas cake (available for two days only, December 24th and 25th, by advance reservation only) and a dessert plate that can be personalized with a message.
